Recently, on May 15th, 2026, the Announcement and Decision Handover Ceremony for the establishment of Lac Thien Industrial Cluster was solemnly held with the participation of representatives from Ha Tinh provincial authorities, leaders of local departments and agencies, together with numerous business communities and media partners.

A Driving Force for Local Industrial Infrastructure Development

The establishment of Lac Thien Industrial Cluster (IC) is considered an important milestone, paving the way for the region's sustainable industrial development strategy. In Phase 1, Lac Thien Industrial Cluster is planned with a total area of 30 hectares, strategically located in Duc Thinh Commune, Ha Tinh Province.

Delta E&C Affirms Its Capability as the Project Developer

A highlight of the event was the participation of Delta E&C Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company as the official project developer of Lac Thien Industrial Cluster. Lac Thien Industrial Cluster will focus on attracting diversified investment flows, prioritizing key and high-tech industries such as manufacturing and supporting industries, logistics services, warehousing and cargo yards, and electronics, mechanical engineering and garment industries.
